Jenny Skoog Mondesir is an Emmy-nominated television personality, podcast producer, and scholar whose work bridges academic research with public storytelling. A distinguished CUNY alumna who graduated summa cum laude and received the Wilfred A. Cartey Award for excellence in Black Studies, she earned her MA in Biography and Memoir as a Dean's Merit Scholar. Her audio memoir “The Silence Between Hello” reached 35,000+ downloads, exploring how love transcends religious and ideological boundaries. As producer for Biographers International Organization and co-founder of Ink Slingers Podcast, she creates platforms where complicated family stories can be heard and honored. Most recently featured on NPR’s Living Better series and serving as Menopause Ambassador for Elektra Health.
